Bodywork Training
We'll work on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles (Kegel muscles), which not only help prevent urinary incontinence and uterine prolapse but also increase the intensity of orgasms.

Izabela Turbaczewska-Brakoniecka – psychologist, certified psychotherapist of the Polish Psychological Society, clinical sexologist, supervisor of the Polish Sexological Society.
She has 25 years of experience in psychotherapeutic work with adults and couples. She conducts workshops, trainings, and lectures for various age and professional groups.
Co-author of the book: Sexuality and Sexual Problems from a Psychodynamic Perspective, edited by L. Cierpiałkowska, I. Turbaczewska-Brakoniecka, and J. Groth, published by PWN.
She comments and provides expert opinions in local and national media (e.g., TVN, TVP, Radio Pogoda, Radio Poznań, Gazeta Wyborcza, Głos Wielkopolski).
